Designing the agenda for the setting
The trap with beach venues is over-programming. The setting is doing half the work; let it. We build mornings around focused sessions (8:30am start, light breakfast, finish by 1pm) and leave afternoons deliberately unstructured — pool, sea, optional activities, naps. Evenings are where the magic compounds: long dinners, sunset drinks, occasional live music.
