What should I prepare before the call?

Approximate headcount, target dates (or a window), rough budget envelope and the outcome you want from the offsite. Don't worry if you only have some of these — we'll help fill the rest.

Who from our side should join?

Whoever owns the offsite — typically a Chief of Staff, People Ops lead, EA or founder. One person is enough for the first call.

How quickly do you respond?

Within one business day, usually faster. Discovery calls are typically scheduled within 48 hours.

Can you sign an NDA?

Yes — happy to sign a mutual NDA before the call if you'd like to share sensitive context.

What languages do you operate in?

Planning happens in English. On-site we have native speakers across English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, German and Catalan.

How far in advance do we need to book?

Ideally 8–12 weeks for groups under 50, and 4–6 months for groups of 100+ or peak season (May–June, September). We've turned around offsites in 4 weeks when needed.
