Inflate a lot of balloons. The team's job is to keep them all in the air for as long as possible. Add a competitive layer by giving each sub-team a colour and rewarding sabotage. A guaranteed energy lift.

How to run it

    Inflate 30+ balloons before the room arrives.

  2. 2

    Drop them into the room with no instructions other than: 'Don't let them touch the ground.'

  3. 3

    Run for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Variation: assign each sub-team a colour. They protect their colour and may bat others down.
