Draw your week

Sketch the shape of your last week as a single line on paper.

7.9 trust impact 6–40 Low energy 15–20 min

A visual check-in that reveals more than words alone. Each person draws their last week as a continuous line — peaks, dips, plateaus — then walks the team through the shape. Quiet, surprising, often moving.

How to run it

  1. 1

Hand out paper and a single marker per person.

  2. 2

Two minutes of silent drawing. The X-axis is time; the Y-axis is energy or mood.

  3. 3

In groups of 4, each person walks their line for 90 seconds.

  4. 4

Notice the shapes. Are most weeks peaking on Friday or crashing? That's a leadership signal.
