An agile-flavoured Pictionary. One person sketches a process or idea on a shared online whiteboard in silence. The team has 60 seconds to guess, then they annotate the sketch with improvements. Trains visual thinking and rapid feedback loops.
How to run it

Open a shared Miro or WebWhiteboard with one frame per round.

Sketcher gets a topic ('our deployment flow') and 60 seconds to draw.

Team guesses out loud or in chat.

After the reveal, everyone has 2 minutes to annotate the sketch with sticky notes.
