A surprisingly intense test of fine motor skills under pressure. Each player has 36 plastic cups, one minute, and a goal: stack them into a 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8 pyramid, then collapse the pyramid back into a single stack of 36.
How to run it

Set up a table per player with 36 stacked cups.

On 'go', the player builds the pyramid as fast as possible.
- 3
Once complete, they immediately collapse it back into a single stack.
- 4
Whoever finishes within 60 seconds wins. If multiple finish, fastest wins.
