  2. Our fixed rate allows us to negotiate prices without bias and ulterior motives; in other words, we want what you want.
  3. We are committed to offering the best value pricing in the full-service category - we will even recommend competitors so you can compare offers.
  4. If you already have an offer, we will beat it - no risk, no hidden cost, as transparent as if you did it yourself, we walk you through every invoice, contract and pricing breakdown.
  1. We negotiate venue rates and the hotel invoice is passed on directly to you.
  2. Once you accept the offer, it’s typically a 20-50% down payment, according to the timeline and T&C.
  3. After the venue is booked, we share our agreement and invoice our fee for you to process.
    4. Then we continue filling in the details of the agenda.
  1. When we have a venue secured and booked, we create a custom dashboard and invite you to join.
  2. We created the process to help you visualize the steps, checklists and view documents or lists.
  3. We start collecting attendee information and building the agenda calendar.
  1. We are deeply committed to delivering the best possible service and pride ourselves to be able to take your team on an awesome retreat or offsite!
  2. If you’re not satisfied with our service or delivery at any stage, we will refund our service fee. It’s that simple.
  3. Even if the retreat continues after we refund our fee, we will still fulfill our commitment to deliver an exceptional experience.
  4. This has not happened yet, and we make sure we are on the other spectrum of the experience, where you feel like you found a true partner that delivers on the budget and experience on the highest level.
  5. Have total confidence and peace of mind, that you are 100% in control and always run the show, we just execute all the tedious research, negotiation, coordination and logistical details.
  1. Make sure that everyone's passport expires no sooner than 6 months after their return home.
  2. Later, we collect dietary and allergy information.
  3. We're on to selecting activities and restaurants and asking people to vote. The last step is booking transport to connect all the dots if needed.
  1. Each group/offsite is different.
  2. Your retreat goal should always serve as the guiding question in making decisions.
  3. We can recommend the agenda based on best practices and then tweak the details together.
  1. Before the venue is booked, we will help you collect RSVPs.
  2. Every venue has T&C in place to explain the cut-off date for changes without penalties. Most of our partners allow for a 10-15% +- change in the number of guests up to 30 days prior without penalty or changes to the agreed upon rates.
  3. In most cases, the final number of guests is confirmed no later than 30 days prior, and any last-minute changes are resolved on a per-case basis.
  1. We have a 3-week cutoff for booking activities, earlier is advisable.
  2. We recommend starting to book restaurants immediately after the venue is booked.
  3. The shorter the notice period, the harder it is to get availability depending on group size.
